Dogshare Pty Ltd is committed to maintaining a safe platform and has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

Age Requirements
Dogshare is an adult-only platform. All users are required to be 18 years of age or older. Every membership application is reviewed by a human member of the Dogshare team before an account is activated. Users must agree to our Terms and Conditions, which explicitly prohibit access by minors, at the time of registration.

Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the Dogshare platform:

  • Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors
  • Any attempt by an adult to contact, solicit or exploit a minor
  • Any sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form

Any user found to be engaging in such conduct will have their account immediately and permanently terminated.

Reporting
Users can report child safety concerns directly within the Dogshare app using the in-app report function available on every user profile. Reports are reviewed promptly by the Dogshare team.

Compliance and Reporting to Authorities
Dogshare complies with all applicable Australian laws regarding child safety and the protection of minors online, including the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth). Any identified CSAM or credible child safety threat will be reported to the Australian Federal Police and the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE) at www.accce.gov.au.
